Job summary

CircusTrix, LLC is seeking a part-time Crew Member to deliver a safe, engaging guest experience across multiple park operations stations at our Sky Zone venues. You could be assigned to Court Monitor, Greeter, Party Host, Café FOH/BOH, Front Desk, Park Training, or Marketing Support, adapting to business needs.

The role emphasizes reliability, coachability, and a teamwork-driven approach in a fast-paced environment, with compensation listed as $16.90/hr and on-site work at the park location.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe and positive guest experience at all times.
• Follow and enforce park safety rules and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Adapt to changing business demands and station assignments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and professionalism during each shift.
• Actively supervise attractions to ensure guest safety. Enforce safety rules consistently and respectfully.
• Welcome guests and provide directional assistance. Support guest flow and traffic management.
• Lead birthday parties and group events from start to finish. Manage event timelines and transitions.
• Prepare party rooms and materials prior to events. Confirm party details and package inclusions.
• Take and process guest orders accurately using POS systems. Provide product knowledge and suggest add-ons appropriately.
• Prepare food and beverages according to brand standards. Follow food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Greet and check in guests efficiently. Assist with waivers, ticket purchases, and memberships.
• Complete required onboarding and safety certifications.
• Assist with in-park promotions and local community events.
