SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Part-Time Park Area Ambassador to help maintain park cleanliness, assist guests, and support safe crowd flow throughout the venue. You will interact with guests, answer questions, direct to attractions, and perform opening/closing procedures.

The role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and park areas.
• Sweep debris from pathways and manage trash.
• Change trash bags and restock supplies.
• Maintain hand washing stations.
• Interact with park guests and answer questions.
• Direct guests to attractions and facilities.
• Report safety concerns and facility repairs.
• Stock restroom supplies and organize storage areas.
• Notify leadership when supplies are needed.
• Support safe crowd flow and line speed in stadiums.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with park emergencies and inclement weather tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
