Job summary

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of equipment, materials and supplies used in building and grounds maintenance.
• Skill in operation of listed tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and follow work schedules; lift and endure long periods of standing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain park facilities, fountains, restrooms and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on tables, slabs and structures.
• Maintain landscaped areas, plantings and weed control.
• Operate a range of power equipment and hand tools safely.
• Assist in setup for park programs and events.
