Qualifications

• Experience and/or training in grounds maintenance and semi-skilled work.
• Knowledge of safe operation of tractor-type mowers and landscaping equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and semi-skilled maintenance in City parks, beach areas, recreational spaces, and related facilities.
• Operate tractor-type mowers and other landscaping equipment.
• Assist with upkeep, repair, and maintenance of park and beach facilities and furnishings.
• Perform seasonal maintenance such as planting and debris removal.
• Follow safety procedures and use of tools at all times.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and support of events.
