Job summary

Sky Zone Brea is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead all park operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage revenue and expenses. You will hire and develop a strong team, ensure safety and compliance, and uphold Sky Zone standards.

Responsibilities

• Be a hands-on leader and role model, supporting the team by executing any park position as needed.
• Develop Assistant General Managers and Team Leads into strong leaders and operations experts.
• Create a positive park culture by recognizing achievements and motivating the team.
• Own employment processes – hiring, training, monitoring growth and discipline as needed.
• Liaise across departments and ownership with clear, consistent communication.
• Provide memorable guest moments by being proactive, responsive, and engaged in their park experience.
• Resolve customer service issues through listening, discussion, and follow-up with documentation.
• Oversee revenue and expense management using P&L insights; manage purchases and inventory.
