Job summary

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years in maintenance, 1–2 years in management, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. The position offers a salaried range consistent with responsibilities and location.

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors a maintenance team to meet client expectations.
• Ensures safety standards in all operations and adherence to regulations.
• Develops and executes maintenance solutions to meet customer needs.
• Executes facilities maintenance and upkeep following predefined specifications.
• Directs daily team briefings and performance reviews.
• Identifies client needs and communicates progress and results.
