Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee facility maintenance and engineering services at Yosemite-area properties. The role emphasizes team leadership, safety, and meeting client expectations in a dynamic environment.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years in maintenance, 1–2 years in management, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. The position offers a salaried range consistent with responsibilities and location.

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising and managing all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

• Customarily and regularly directs the work of at least two full-time employees or their equivalent

• Responsible for developing and executing maintenance solutions to meet customer needs
• Executes facilities maintenance and upkeep following predefined specifications
• Leads, mentors, engages and develops teams to maximize their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance
• Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved
• Rewards and recognizes employees
• Ensures safety and sanitation standards in operation are compliant with Aramark and client regulations
  

Client Relationship

• Identifies client needs and communicates operational progress
• Delivers and models WEST as a foundation for excellent customer service
  
• Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L or client budget statements
• Deliver client and company financial targets
• Adopt all Aramark processes and systems, understand performance metrics, data, order, and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve margins
