The City of Denton seeks a qualified Landscape/Construction Project Manager to lead park development from paving to trails, coordinating design, bidding, and construction oversight. A bachelor’s in a related field and at least 3 years’ construction management in parks/public works are required, with vendor coordination and compliance emphasis.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Parks and Recreation Administration, Urban Planning, Natural Resources, Forestry, Horticulture, Engineering, or related field.
• Three (3) years’ experience in construction management, planning, park development, engineering, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and serve as a technical resource on construction, design, and project management for park development.
• Maintain contracts between the City, vendors, developers, and outside agencies; ensure requirements are implemented.
• Maintain records of design and construction activities; ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Analyze designs for cost, maintainability, form, and function; develop solutions.
• Liaise between City of Denton, owners, contractors, vendors; manage risks and quality.
