Position Summary

As a Park Team Member, you'll be cross-trained in multiple areas of the park, including Guest Services, Court Monitor, Party Hosts, Café Operations, and General Park Operations. Every team member plays an important role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

Whether you're welcoming guests at the front desk, hosting an unforgettable birthday party, serving food in the café, or monitoring attractions, you'll help create an experience that families can't wait to come back to.

What You'll Do

Support Daily Park Operations

Team Members may rotate between several operational areas, including:

• Guest Experience (Admissions & Retail)
• Court monitors
• Party Hosts

Responsibilities include:

• Processing admissions, memberships, waivers, and purchases.
• Assisting with birthday parties and special events.
• Preparing and serving food and beverages while following food safety standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the park, including attractions, party rooms, café, restrooms, and common areas.
• Restocking inventory and supplies.
• Completing opening, operating, and closing responsibilities.

Work as One Team

• Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional attitude.
• Accept coaching and continuously improve performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned
