Job description

The City of Volga is hiring for Park and Rec Employees to assist in summer recreation activities. This position will work under the Community Engagement Coordinator and the Park and Rec Intern. Each position requires approximately 15 hours per week. Starting wage is $12.00 per hour. Hours are 7:30am to 5pm and some evenings depending on ball schedules. Opportunities for extra hours are available. Applicants must be 14 years old by May 1st and Red Cross First Aid and CPR Certified by June 1st. Summer responsibilities begin in mid-May and conclude in mid-August, although some hours are available year round.
