Job summary

• Coordinate communication with DRE and Diocese Youth Ministry Office.
• Organize and manage Youth Ministry activities and communications (e.g., parish messaging, space prep).
• Complete administrative tasks: event permissions, reports, budgeting, and regulatory forms.
• Coordinate and train volunteers for weekly meetings and events.
• Plan and run fundraising events and diocesan youth rallies/camps.
• Promote diocesan events and ensure participation of youth and families.
• Collaborate with school staff to promote Religious Ed and Youth Ministry.
• Develop social media content and maintain parish external pages.
