Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in theology or related field is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years of ministry experience in a parish or diocesan setting.
• Supervisory experience for Level II position.

Responsibilities

• Develops goals, objectives, and strategies for a comprehensive catechetical program for K-9th grade, including sacramental preparation.
• Directs and oversees catechetical programs that support lifelong discipleship in line with Church teaching.
• Recruitment and training of catechists/volunteers and ensure Safe Environment and background checks.
