Job summary

Saint Anthony of Padua Parish in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician I to perform general facilities maintenance and support the parish and school operations.

The role requires basic maintenance skills, reliability, and a willingness to adhere to Catholic values. A high school diploma and a valid Arizona driver’s license are preferred; weekend and occasional overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in a maintenance or similar environment.
• Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and be organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility and grounds maintenance for parish, school, or other facilities.
• Maintain parish and/or school equipment and inventory; oversee replacements as needed.
• Keep records of maintenance performed and supplies used.
• Ensure safe working environment and comply with safety regulations.
• Maintain security of buildings, equipment, and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
