Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field; 3+ years in related roles.
• Experience in a parish, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate across stakeholders.
• Proficiency with digital tools and analytics; able to track metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains content across parish communication platforms including social media, website, and digital channels.
• Coordinates communication efforts across parish ministries for timely, accurate messaging.
• Develops, prepares, and distributes parish communications such as newsletters and announcements.
• Maintains and updates the parish website calendar, content, and directory information.
• Creates, edits, and publishes written and visual content for parish communications.
• Develops and executes communication and marketing efforts to promote parish initiatives and events.
• Tracks website and social media metrics and prepares reports on communication effectiveness.
• Maintains a communication calendar and schedules content.
