Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Scientist – TSMS PAR to drive parenteral operations, including transfer, validation, and process improvement within the Concord TSMS team. The role emphasizes leadership, protocol execution, and real-time metrics to ensure process capability and control.

You will mentor colleagues, support quality investigations, and collaborate across formulation, filling, or VI, contributing to continuous improvement while maintaining strict regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parenteral operations focusing on technical transfer and process validation.
• Mentor TSMS team members and interface with upstream and external parenteral networks.
• Develop, monitor, and react to metrics to assess process variability and capability.
• Lead risk management activities and support deviations, investigations, and validations.
