Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Associate Director – Parenteral Engineering, Operations Expansion to lead the engineering and technical aspects of parenteral manufacturing expansion projects. You will drive design, implementation, and optimization of new and upgraded facilities, ensuring compliance with cGMP and Lilly quality standards.

You'll collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Project Management to define scope and timelines, manage vendors, and mentor junior engineers while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, biomedical or related).
• Master's degree preferred for advanced levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design, development and execution of parenteral manufacturing expansion projects.
• Oversee procurement, installation and validation of aseptic filling lines, lyophilizers, isolators and utilities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Project Management to define scope, requirements and timelines.
• Develop strategies to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure all activities comply with cGMP and regulatory standards.
