Job summary

Children- is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead the Parent Partner program across Iowa. You will manage day-to-day operations, support a team of Parent Partners, ensure alignment with the Iowa Parent Partner Approach, and collaborate with HHS and other statewide partners.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus experience in child welfare or human services. Certifications and a willingness to train are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least five years of full-time child welfare or human services experience.
• Associate's degree with four years of experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field with two years' experience preferred.
• Obtain the Iowa Parent Partner Coordinator Certification within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Parent Partner Program across Iowa.
• Lead a team of Parent Partners and ensure program alignment with the Iowa Parent Partner Approach.
• Recruit, retain, and support Parent Partners with monthly coaching and supervision.
• Collaborate with HHS, attend required meetings, trainings, and local/statewide events, ensuring data accuracy and reporting.
