Are you lively and engaging with children? Do kids naturally gravitate toward you? If you love teaching and interacting with little ones, this role offers you the chance to positively impact children in our community through imaginative learning and physical activity.

We seek an enthusiastic coach to lead our 'Soccer Parent & Me' classes for toddlers (18 months to 3 years) and their parents. These classes introduce soccer fundamentals through age-appropriate games, fostering motor skills, socialization, and bonding. Ideal candidates have experience working with children and love working with them. We provide on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and incentive programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading energetic, engaging sessions for toddlers and their caregivers

Our History: Super Soccer Stars has been a leader in youth soccer for over 22 years and is the largest program of its kind in the US.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Availability most Monday-Saturday mornings and/or afternoons
• Ability to work at multiple locations across Dallas County, possibly traveling up to an hour

Physical and Soft Skills:

• Ability to run, bend, lift, and engage in physical activity with toddlers
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Energetic, punctual, organized, and positive personality
• Experience with children (coaching, teaching, babysitting)
• Ability to lead groups and engage parents and children
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Background check required
