Tulsa Public Schools is seeking a federally funded Parent Involvement Facilitator to support families and schools in building student success and ensuring consistent daily attendance. This role emphasizes collaboration with students, families, and staff to meet high academic expectations while complying with federal funds requirements.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, 48 college credits or an associate degree, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace,

• At least 48 hours of approved college credit or an associate degree.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Previous experience working with students and families preferred.

Position Summary

To support families and school in building success and support foreverystudentthrough consistent daily attendance and high academic expectations. As this isafederally funded position, it is a violation of federal law for the Parent InvolvementFacilitatortoperform any other function (e.g., registrar, clerk, secretary) while being paid with federalfunds.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 48 hours of approved college credit, an associate degree from an accreditedschool or the successful completion of a district approved highly qualified test

Experience

• Previous experience working with students and families preferred

Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
