Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review consolidation activities, financial reporting schedules, analyses, and supporting documentation in accordance with established reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with domestic and international finance teams to support timely, accurate, and complete reporting of financial information.
• Support accounting and reporting activities related to investments in subsidiaries and other legal entities through the preparation of analyses, reconciliations, consolidation adjustments, and elimination entries.
• Perform analyses of consolidated financial results and communicate key observations, trends, risks, and issues to management.
• Maintain reporting instructions, reporting documentation, and supporting process materials.
• Execute control activities supporting the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.
• Support internal and external audit activities through preparation of documentation, analyses, and responses to inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
• Eight years of experience, with degree
• In-depth knowledge of accounting/finance
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA and/or progress toward professional certification.
• Experience within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Experience supporting financial reporting, consolidation, or accounting close processes.
• Experience working with large financial reporting systems and data sets.

Working Conditions:

• Occasional Travel <10%
• The Salary for this position generally ranges between$108,000 - $135,000 annually.Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors includingqualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
• Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.
