FedEx Supply Chain in Ladson, SC is seeking a Parcel Manifest Specialist to ensure accurate, timely parcel manifesting from inbound to outbound shipments, with responsibilities including scanning, weighing, labeling, and preparing parcels for carriers within 12 hours of manifesting at the site.

This non-exempt, day shift role requires basic math and computer skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years warehouse experience.
• Familiar with computers and basic math.
• Able to pass a National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI).

Responsibilities

• Fill parcel orders per customer instructions.
• Manifest, weigh, apply postage, and prepare shipments for carriers.
• Maintain accountability for parcels at the manifesting site.
• Identify mis-labeled parcels for investigation.
• Load outbound shipments and operate conveyances as needed.
• Report issues to Shift Supervisor/Lead.
• Ensure equipment condition and a clean workspace.
• Follow safety and security policies.
• Operate rolling carts, pallet jacks, or forklift trucks as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
