FedEx Supply Chain in Tennessee is seeking a Parcel Manifest Specialist to manage the end-to-end parcel manifesting process, from inbound induction to outbound shipments, with precise timing to meet carrier deadlines.

The role requires accuracy, safety, and accountability, including loading outbound shipments, sorting mis-labeled parcels, and maintaining a clean work area. Experience is 0–2 years, basic math, and ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment (0–2 years).
• Familiar with computers and basic math skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet performance standards.
• Must pass National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI).
• Strong teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Fill prepared parcel orders from CMOP per customer instructions.
• Manifest parcels with scanning, weighing, labeling and preparing for distribution to shipping vendors.
• Maintain accountability for parcels handled at the manifesting site.
• Identify cross-scanned or mis-labeled parcels for investigation.
• Load outbound shipments and ensure equipment is safe and operational.
