Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Winona, Minnesota is hiring for a Part-time Parcel Freight associate at our MN100 Distribution Center. You will package, weigh, manifest, and ship customer orders using a 3rd party carrier, contributing to efficient operations in a fast-paced warehouse.

This entry-level role offers a flexible schedule after onboarding, with partial shifts Mon-Fri 1:00pm–6:00pm and 10–28 hours per week. Candidates should be 18+, have strong communication, math, and teamwork, and be able to lift up

OVERVIEW

Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Part-time Parcel Freight, you will help facilitate the movement of product throughout our distribution center to company owned branches. You will be responsible for packaging, manifesting and shipping customer orders via a 3rd party carrier. This is an entry level position based out of our distribution center located at 2001 Theurer Blvd, Winona, MN 55987. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
