RATP Dev USA is seeking a Paratransit Driver in Winston-Salem, NC to provide safe transportation for individuals with disabilities and seniors. You will operate paratransit vehicles, assist passengers, and follow routes with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and a valid CDL with passenger endorsement (or Class B with passenger endorsement). CPR/First Aid is a plus; willingness to work evenings/weekends is required.

• Valid CDL license with passenger endorsement or class B with passenger endorsement permit, with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in transportation or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to operate a paratransit vehicle and assist passengers with mobility challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Mission

RATP Dev USA is seeking a dedicated and reliable Paratransit Driver to join our team at Winston-Salem Transit Authority (WSTA). The Paratransit Driver will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to individuals with disabilities and elderly passengers who require specialized transit services.

Location: 1060 Northwest Trade Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27101

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate paratransit vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting from the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Follow scheduled routes and timetables, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

Pay: $18.75 per hour
