zTrip is hiring Paratransit Drivers in Kansas City, MO. You will transport passengers safely, assist with mobility needs, and provide excellent customer service while representing the company with professionalism.

Qualificações

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A patient, dependable, and safety-oriented mindset.
• The ability to assist passengers with varying mobility needs.
• Previous transportation, healthcare transportation, or paratransit experience (preferred but not required).
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport passengers to and from scheduled destinations.
• Assist riders with boarding, exiting, wheelchairs, and mobility equipment when necessary.
• Provide a courteous, respectful, and customer-focused experience at all times.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and overall readiness for service.
• Follow designated routes and schedules while accommodating passenger needs.
• Adhere to all company policies, transportation regulations, and safety standards.
• Represent zTrip with professionalism, reliability, and compassion.
