Job summary

Easton Coach Company is hiring Non-CDL Paratransit Drivers to provide safe, reliable transportation throughout the Philadelphia community. Training is paid at $18.00/hour, with $20.00/hour after completing training.

Shifts run day-time between 5:00 AM and 9:00 AM, typically 8–10 hours, with overtime after 40 hours weekly. The role requires no CDL or prior professional driving experience, and offers full-time/part-time opportunities depending on need.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver''s license in good standing for at least 2 consecutive years.
• Must meet company MVR requirements.
• Must pass a DOT physical.
• Must pass a drug screening (includes marijuana).
• Must complete applicable background and employment screenings.
• Must meet scheduling requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers as part of Easton Coach Company''s SEPTA paratransit service.
• Follow an assigned driver manifest with scheduled pickups/drop-offs.
• Provide safe, courteous, dependable transportation.
• Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Follow company, DOT, and passenger transportation safety procedures.
• Maintain professional communication with passengers, dispatch, and operations staff.
• Help provide passengers with safe, reliable transportation throughout the Philadelphia area.

What You'll Do

• Help provide passengers with safe, reliable transportation throughout the Philadelphia area

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for at least 2 consecutive years
• Must meet company Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements
• Must successfully complete a DOT physical
• Must successfully complete a drug screening
• Drug screening includes marijuana
• Must successfully complete applicable background and employment screening requirements
• Must be able to meet the scheduling requirements of the position

No CDL? No Professional Driving Experience? No Problem. A CDL and previous professional driving experience are not required. Easton Coach Company provides paid training at $18.00/hour to prepare you to safely transport passengers and succeed as a professional paratransit driver.
