Job summary

Easton Coach Company LLC is hiring full-time NON-CDL drivers. Walk-ins welcome; no experience required. Starting rate is $16.50/hr after training. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) with match, health, dental & vision insurance.

Responsibilities include transporting passengers per a daily manifest, ensuring safety, and providing courteous, professional service to riders and the public. Must meet DOT and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
• No experience required; walk-ins welcome.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers per driver manifest with daily routes and times.
• Maintain passenger safety, escort to/from vehicle, assist as needed.
• Demonstrate patience and professionalism with riders and the public.

Job Responsibilities:

• Transporting passengers as listed on a driver manifest, which includes designated pick-up and drop-off locations and times, issued daily
• Maintaining a secure environment for passengers, including escorting riders from the curb of the pick-up or drop-off point to and from the vehicle and providing physical assistance to passengers, when requested
• Exercising patience and sensitivity toward all passengers and practices professionalism in action and in speech to family members, staff at offices and agencies and the general public

Desired Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Safe driving history
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must Pass a DOT Physical and Drug Test
