Job summary

Easton Coach Company in Reading, PA is hiring a Full-Time Non-CDL Driver to serve passengers on fixed routes, assist riders with boarding, and provide friendly, reliable service.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with paid training, health, dental & vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and a referral bonus program. No prior experience required, but DOT and safety standards apply.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Must be 25 years or older to meet safety and regulatory requirements.
• Clean driving record with no major violations on file.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test as part of hiring.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills for rider interactions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a non-CDL passenger vehicle on assigned routes.
• Assist riders with boarding, seating, and mobility devices.
• Provide friendly, reliable customer service and passenger assistance.
• Ensure rider safety, comfort, and on-time arrivals.
