RATP Dev USA – Lextran Wheels is hiring Paratransit Bus Drivers to join our transportation team in Lexington, Kentucky. You will safely operate a paratransit bus, transport passengers on schedule, and provide excellent customer service.

We value dependable attendance, professionalism, and the ability to assist passengers with mobility needs while adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a paratransit bus and provide passenger transportation in the Lexington area.
• Transport passengers safely and on schedule.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus when needed.
• Secure wheelchairs, mobility devices, and other passenger equipment.
• Follow routes, schedules and transportation procedures.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns to supervision.
• Maintain accurate trip and passenger records.
• Communicate with dispatchers, supervisors, passengers and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional bus environment.
