Job summary

TACTICAL REVOLUTION LLC is looking for a Pararescue Instructor to provide mission training for Combat Controllers and Pararescue personnel in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. The instructor will be responsible for classroom instruction and training evaluations, ensuring operational readiness in dynamic environments.

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the USAF Pararescue career field and the capability to instruct diverse skills including Airborne Operations, CQB, and Land Navigation. This is a vital role in training elite military personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a 7 level in USAF Pararescue career field (AFSC 1Z171).
• SOF experience preferred.
• Capable of providing dive supervisor duties for student proficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide qualification and mission training for Combat Controller, Special Reconnaissance, TACP, and Pararescue personnel.
• Deliver classroom and field-based instruction.
• Administer Mission Qualification Training for Special Tactics operators.

We are seeking an experienced Pararescue (PJ) Instructor / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide qualification and mission training for Combat Controller (CCT), Special Reconnaissance (SR), Tactical Air Control Party (TACP), and Pararescue (PJ) personnel. The instructor will deliver classroom and field-based instruction, provide specialized expertise to career field training programs, and administer Mission Qualification Training (MQT) for Special Tactics operators. Responsibilities include developing, conducting, and evaluating training to ensure operational readiness and mission effectiveness in austere and dynamic environments.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a 7 level in USAF Pararescue career field (AFSC 1Z171). SOF experience preferred.
2. Capable of providing dive supervisor duties for student proficiency, safety, and upgrade training.
3. Capable of providing rope-master duties during mock tower and actual aircraft training for safe student training.
4. Capable of performing small/large maritime duties and open-water swimming to support amphibious operations training.
5. Capable of flying infil/exfil with students into and out of field training exercises via any military fixed/rotary wing aircraft.
