Job summary

Western Dubuque Community Schools seeks a Paraprofessional - Van Attendant to accompany a Special Needs Student. The attendant will ride with the student from Farley to Dyersville in the morning and return from Dyersville to Farley in the afternoon, ensuring safety and supportive supervision during transit.

This school-year position is 7.5 hours per week (1.5 hours per day, five days a week) and starts as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Paraprofessional work with special needs students.
• Experience with transportation in a school setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ride with a special needs student from Farley to Dyersville in the morning and back in the afternoon.
• Provide safety and supervising support during bus/van transport.
