Success Matcher Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional/Teacher Aide to support classroom teachers and foster an inclusive learning environment. The role involves in-person classroom support and opportunities for remote/virtual assistance, such as tutoring, lesson prep, and administrative help.

Responsibilities include assisting with classroom management, working with students in small groups, supporting learners with special needs, and coordinating materials and tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in educational or care settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and flexibility in supporting diverse learners.
• Basic computer skills for virtual/remote tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in classroom management and instructional support.
