Job summary

Madison-Champaign Educational Service Center in Urbana, Ohio is seeking a Paraprofessional to work 1:1 with a student at the Yoder building in West Liberty. This full-time role covers 7 hours daily, 5 days per week, 188 days per year and begins August 9, 2024.

The position requires a High School Diploma, 2 years of college or Para Pro exam, and a valid ODE Educational Aide Permit (application can follow after selection).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years of college or Para Pro exam.
• Valid ODE Educational Aide Permit required (can apply after selection).
• Experience with students with autism and intensive behaviors preferred; training provided.
• Satisfactory criminal records checks.
• Credentialed in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) or able to attend all 4 days of TCI training and pass assessments.

Minimum Qualifications
