Endeavor Charter Academy in Springfield, MI is seeking a Title I paraprofessional to support students with reading, writing and math under the supervision of teachers. You will assist in delivering interventions one-on-one or in small groups and help implement the curriculum with a focus on student growth.

Candidates should meet state requirements for Title I paraprofessionals and have experience with school-aged children; strong tech skills and reliable collaboration with staff are essential.

Competenze

• Must meet state requirements for being a Title I paraprofessional.
• Previous experience working in a school or with school age children – preferred.
• Knowledge of and the ability to assist in teaching reading, writing, and/or mathematics.
• Understanding of and capability to navigate technical systems.

• Assess student abilities and provide instructional assistance for students in need of academic intervention through 1:1 or group workshops as directed by the classroom teacher and designated instructional leader.
