Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Texas Educational Aide Certificate (Can be obtained once hired)
• Must have completed at least two years of study at an institution of higher education; or
• Obtained an associate's (or higher) degree; or
• Met a rigorous standard of quality demonstrated through a formal state or local academic assessment.
• Knowledge of general office equipment
• Light clerical skills
• Ability to work well with school-aged children
• Two years experience working with school-aged children

Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher(s) in the preparation and management of classroom activities and administrative requirements.
• Work under the supervision of a certified teacher(s).
