This role also provides targeted support to students' social and emotional development, offering assistance to children who may need additional guidance. WORK REQUIREMENTS AND CHARACTERISTICS

Education/Certification/Licensure

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Could be a high school student
• Completion of a 1040 child contact hours using a combination of district training programs, experience, and coursework of an equivalent nature and level to perform the requirements of the work.
• CPR and First Aid Certified or willing to become certified within the first 90 days of employment
• Valid Minnesota Driver's License

Experience

• 1-3 years of early childhood or youth programming experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age
