Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group in Hayward, CA seeks a dedicated Paraprofessional to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth. This full-time role focuses on hands-on assistance under supervision, helping teachers implement tailored plans and behavior support.

You will work Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, with competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities, including access to webinars, CE resources, and a supportive team.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have 6 months minimum mod-severe hands-on behavior experience (can be in-home, clinical, or in-school)
• Must be available for work from Monday to Friday, between 7:00am - 4:00pm
