The Stepping Stones Group, LLC in Bellflower, CA is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support students across classrooms. This full-time role focuses on providing instructional assistance, supervision, and compassionate care for diverse learners.

You will collaborate with teachers, adapt to district needs, and remain flexible as sites change throughout the year; experience with medically fragile students and seizure monitoring is valued.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be willing to support all caseloads, including students who are medically fragile.
• Paraprofessionals are expected to remain flexible in meeting district-wide needs, which may include providing g-tube feeding support, wheelchair assistance, and seizure monitoring and response.
• Must be willing to be moved to various school sites throughout the year; must be open to support all student needs at any given notice.
