Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work directly with classroom teachers to support instruction for individuals and small groups.
• Help implement lesson plans, learning activities, and behavior support strategies.
• Provide one‑on‑one support to students with diverse learning needs, including IEP‑supported students.
• Monitor and document student progress, and communicate observations to the classroom teacher.
• Assist with classroom management, transitions, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for every student.

• School‑based or classroom experience preferred, but not required
