Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or paraprofessional certificate preferred.
• Practicing Catholic preferred or commitment to Catholic education mission.
• Experience with children in educational or pastoral settings preferred.
• Ability to support instruction and behavior plans as directed by teachers.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers or inclusion specialists with instructional strategies and accommodations.
• Conduct small group or one-on-one instruction under supervision.
• Support student engagement, track progress, and assist with documentation.
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold Catholic teachings in classroom.

Education
