Job summary

Spectrum360 in Livingston, NJ is seeking a full-time paraprofessional to support classroom teachers in implementing IEP goals and fostering growth across cognitive, social/emotional, and language areas. The position is located on-site at Livingston, NJ, with a strong emphasis on creating a caring learning environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with instruction, communicating effectively with students, parents and staff, and maintaining safety and classroom routines.

Qualifications

• Experience with special needs students and/or ABA preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
• Criminal history background checks and proof of US citizenship or legal resident status.
