Job Description

Supports the educational, behavioral, social-emotional, physical, and daily living needs of elementary students with disabilities in various settings.

  • Salary: Starting at $22.00/hour; internal candidates may earn up to $26.29/hour. Additional benefits include time off, health and wellness benefits, and PERA Retirement.
Responsibilities
  • Assist students according to their IEPs, supporting academic, health, daily living, and behavioral needs.
  • Support classroom activities and reinforce learning objectives.
  • Assist with daily living procedures and medically invasive procedures as trained.
  • Transport students safely and support implementation of behavior and health plans.
  • Implement accommodations and modifications outlined in IEPs.
  • Collect data on student progress and communicate with families as directed.
