Job summary

Priddy ISD is seeking a Paraprofessional / Teacher’s Aide to support Pre-K through 12th grade in a busy classroom environment. You will assist with instructional activities, supervise students, and help implement behavioral and academic plans.

The role requires strong classroom management and communication with staff. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and citizenship or residency status is required for employment.

• Provide individual or small group support to students as directed.
• Assist with materials, displays, and classroom organization.

• Help supervise students to ensure safety and appropriate behavior.
• Assist students with special needs as directed by teachers or support staff.
• Perform clerical tasks such as copying, filing, and organizing materials.
• Communicate effectively with teachers and school staff regarding student progress and needs.
• High School/Trade School degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required
