Responsibilities

• Support special education staff with evaluation and assessment processes
• Organize, maintain, and review student files and documentation
• Prepare and manage testing protocols and evaluation materials
• Complete student observations and written summaries
• Assist with record management and file purging procedures
• Ensure compliance with district and special education documentation requirements
• Collaborate with special education teachers, school psychologists, and related service providers
• Maintain confidentiality of student records and information

Career Links is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Paraprofessional to support special education teams in a school setting. This is a unique role that focuses on assisting with the special education evaluation process rather than providing direct student support. Qualifications
