Qualifications

• Candidates must meet one of the following highly qualified requirements: pass the Minnesota Board Highly Qualified Paraprofessional Exam or possess 60 college credits.
• Pass the Minnesota Board Highly Qualified Paraprofessional Exam (Minnesota Para Educator Exam).
• Or provide official college transcripts showing at least 60 credits.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation and assessment processes for special education.
• Organize, maintain, and review student files and documentation.

• Complete student observations and written summaries.

This is a unique role that focuses on assisting with the special education evaluation process rather than providing direct student support. Position Responsibilities

• Support special education staff with evaluation and assessment processes
• Organize, maintain, and review student files and documentation
• Prepare and manage testing protocols and evaluation materials

• Ensure compliance with district and special education documentation requirements
• Collaborate closely with special education teachers, school psychologists, and related service providers

Qualifications
