ExcelPrep in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Paraprofessional to support classrooms and ABA-based activities for neurodiverse learners ages 3–13. You will assist with data collection, prepare materials and help deliver structured instruction under supervision.

The role emphasizes Direct Instruction, Precision Teaching and collaboration with BCBA supervisors and teachers to promote targeted academic and social outcomes. On-site, full-time hours with professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college coursework in education, psychology, or related fields preferred.
• Prior experience supporting neurodiverse learners is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a child-centered approach.
• Ability to pass background checks and TB screening.

• Clinical ABA Program (Ages 3–13): Cognition-linguistically based ABA program emphasizing cognitive skills and social behavior learning within a structured instructional environment. Position Overview

Role: Paraprofessional
Reports to: Program Lead / BCBA Supervisors / Lead Teachers
