• Experience with financial planning software and client data management.
• Ability to engage with clients through meetings, calls, and emails.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary financial planning recommendations and initial product solutions for advisor review.
• Prepare and understand insurance for client meetings, including life, disability, and long-term care.
• Create charts and visuals for client meetings.
• Develop portfolio recommendations aligning with client risk tolerance.
• Manage and resolve client service issues.
• Maintain client contact during planning process.
• Process transactions for insurance, annuity, and brokerage products.
• Assist with asset allocation and tax planning strategies.
• Qualify new clients and gather data.
• Participate in regular client review meetings.
