Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated customer service experience.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality.
• Experience with What If Tax and MoneyGuidePro is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update financial plans and presentation materials.
• Gather and enter information into financial planning software.
• Identify ideas to improve workflows and client experiences.
