Job summary

Affinex Capital, located in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Paraplanner to design financial plans, run illustrations, and support advisors with case construction and client meetings. You will build comprehensive retirement analyses and gather data to identify product gaps, working closely with the team to deliver tailored recommendations.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and learning financial planning tools like Retirement Analyzer and eMoney.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Entry-level candidates welcome.
• Active Life & Health Insurance license is a plus but not required (licensing support provided).
• Technical aptitude with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office; ability to learn financial planning software and CRMs such as Retirement Analyzer, eMoney, Redtail, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales managers and advisors on case design, running policy illustrations, product comparisons, and retirement cash-flow projections.
• Build financial and retirement analysis models using Retirement Analyzer (training provided).
• Gather and audit client financial data, tax documents, and policy portfolios to identify product gaps across life, disability, long-term care, and annuities.
• Draft client presentation materials, coverage summaries, and tailored recommendation decks.
