Golden Reserve in Georgia is seeking an experienced Client Services Specialist (CSS). This role blends paraplanner work with client services coordination and is not an administrative position.

You will manage the full back-end client sales process, deliver frontline client support, and drive start-to-finish insurance applications, joining a fast-growing firm with multiple offices and weekly media appearances.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years+ of financial services experience.
• Life Insurance Annuity Application excellence—completion, monitoring & management.
• Grit mindset with accountability and ownership in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire back-end client sales process and build client Roadmaps.
• Deliver world-class first-line ongoing client support and service.
• Facilitate start-to-finish insurance application execution.
